The First Cultural Encounter

On Sunday, 5/2/2012 hosted Department of Statistics in Faculty of Science for Girls, members of the Department of Mathematics and Department of Computer Sciences. The aim of the meeting, interactive the connection between the members of the hosted sections, in particular, that the sections of Statistics and Computer recently separated - a year and a half ago - from the Department of Mathematics. At the beginning of the meeting gave Dr. Hana Abu Zinada –head of the Department-speech in which she welcomed everyone and thanked the fully participants accepted the invitation and participation of the Department of Statistics in the first meeting of cultural encounter faculty members and the staff section. Then Dr. Rana Bakoban - activity responsible of the Department- provided some of the topics of cultural, social, punctuated by some of the questions and posts from the audience. At the end of the meeting all expressed their thanks and appreciation to the Department of Statistics for hosting, and welcomed the participation of all valuable meetings to come, God willing.
It is should be mentioned that all employees participated in the preparation for this meeting, and this collaboration has had a noticeable impact in the success of the meeting.
